As a key member of our team, we are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to spearhead the creation of captivating visual elements across various digital and print mediums.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate innovative concepts into visually stunning designs that captivate diverse audiences.
  • Develop cohesive design strategies, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all creative deliverables while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to drive creative growth.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
