Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Medical Representative to join our team.
">As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and supporting the growth of our business in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Maintain relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors to promote our products and services">
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets">
- Implement all sales and marketing activities assigned by the RSM/PM">
- Ensure compliance with distribution processes, including maintaining adequate inventories at distributor level, timely placing of orders, and timely payment follow-up">
- Conduct daily calls with doctors, chemists, and distributors as per management norms">
- Perform daily retail audits and update data for developing profiled customer lists of territories">
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and convert doctors/customers into expanding MS and revenue">
- Report daily through CBO ERP">
- Coordinate and organize round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets">

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), B.Sc., or MBA">
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharma or ophthalmic companies">
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools">
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing principles">
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines">
