Job Description

The Senior Interior Design Manager is responsible for translating client briefs into compelling spatial concepts, ensuring adherence to hospitality brand standards and local codes, while maintaining quality control and overseeing FF&E & Specifications.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving layout plans, guest flow, and functional adjacencies. Ensuring that all designs meet accessibility norms and adhere to local building codes.

Additionally, the role requires managing room matrices and furniture take-offs, creating specifications using tools like DesignSpec/SpecSources, and gatekeeping nomenclature, finish codes, warranty/fire rating information.

Effective communication and project management skills are essential in this role as you will be working closely with vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
