Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the development of scalable data architectures, pipelines, and processes tailored to client needs. The candidate should have at least 8 years of overall professional experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team in the Data Engineering space.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to handle complex situations, and have exceptional project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

They will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to the data engineering team.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of data engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple, complex data engineering projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and levels, and comfort collaborating with teammates in a virtual environment.
