Job Title: Social Media Account Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and fostering a positive online community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia formats.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including profile optimization and consistency.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media to foster a positive online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, engagement, reach, clicks, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with teams to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Social Listening: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and brand mentions to inform social media strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, excellent content creation and writing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Personal Qualities: Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
