Life Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a results-driven Life Insurance Sales Professional to drive life insurance sales through direct client engagement and field visits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, reference networks, and market activities
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products/li>
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients and resolve their queries/li>
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth/li>
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction/li>
  • Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and underwriters to ensure smooth policy processing/li>
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives/li>
  • Maintain timely records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions/li>
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines/li>
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years) in life insurance, financial products, or similar sectors/li>
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills/li>
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets/li>
  • Good understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance/li>
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings/li>
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems/li>
Qualifications Summary
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline/Graduation is mandatory/li>
  • IRDAI certification preferred (can be obtained post-joining if not available)/li>
  • Candidates with prior experience in insurance sales, agency, or banca channels will be preferred/li>
