Citigroup seeks a seasoned professional to join our Third-Party Risk Management team as a Program Management Analyst. In this role, you will provide operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and control oversight to businesses across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes, and operating procedures to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities in support of Citi's Third-Party Management Program, including:

  • Implementing key, standardized processes related to compliance with Citi's policies and standards
  • Guiding internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining strong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Taking overall responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results

Responsibilities:

  1. Independently assess risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risks by challenging both historical and proposed practices.
  2. Leverage opportunities to improve current processes and share best practices with senior management.
  3. Participate in meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed.
  4. Assist management group in gathering data and information for senior-level reporting and take ownership of specified projects and tasks.
  5. Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  6. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  7. Ability to manage teams and drive them to deliver the highest quality work on Third-Party Management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of working experience in financial services/banking industry
  • PREFERRED 2+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management or audit-related work
  • Knowledge of third-party management risk and control methodologies and best practices
  • Team management skills preferred
  • Supply chain management experience preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
