About Insights & Advisory (IA)

Our IA team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices impacting organization performance and bottom line.

We work across diverse industries like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences, and Logistics, covering market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with government/public companies to understand mining sector vision, developing comprehensive strategies to promote investment and drive significant production growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas, supporting regulatory framework development and company mining strategies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges – generate insights and actionable output, including recommendations and global best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Promote sustainable mining practices, building strong relationships with mining companies, investors, and local communities.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to methodology and intellectual property development related to mining sector trends and innovations, facilitating proposal development and other BD work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with preference to Mining fields; MBAs will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry, with overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, making informed decisions to optimize mining operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
