Interior Projects Manager

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, with a focus on seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:
  • Create detailed project plans and timelines, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain oversight of project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Lead site supervisors and teams as needed to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Counsel and support team members in assigned tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven business acumen in project planning and management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
