Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution Management: Complete ownership of project planning, including P&L management and optimization.
  2. Project Optimization: Work closely with the product team to enhance existing projects.
  3. General Operations: Drive daily execution, track progress, identify flags, and provide regular reporting.
  4. Training and Development: Analyze training needs and implement effective training programs.
  5. Feedback and Resolution: Regularly collect feedback and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Team Performance Monitoring: Track and achieve key results areas (KRA's) for the team.
  7. Mentorship and Team Engagement: Foster strong people engagement skills, mentoring students and motivating the workforce.
  8. Pilot Project Management: Run pilot projects and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  9. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in operational processes at every level.
  10. Goal Setting: Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 2 years of experience managing an operations team.
  • Operational Metrics: Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Process Orientation: Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • People Management: Good people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • Quality Focus: A bias for action, producing high-quality work in dynamic environments.
  • Educational Background: Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
