Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in the automobile industry?
We are seeking a skilled Automobile Delivery Executive to join our team. As an Automobile Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of automobiles to customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily completion of assigned pick-ups and drop-offs of customers.
- Completing inspections and surveys within the required timeframe.
- FOLLOWING daily route planning to complete customer inquiries as per the aligned by team and as per the priority.
- Handling overall assigned complaints and inquiries of the customer with responsiveness.
- Prompt updating of information to all stakeholders and in the system.
- Updating all case-related information into respective teams & the system.
- Ensuring order fulfillment and related customer service KPIs including MIS reports.
- Proactively being involved with continuous inventory management.
- Adhering to company policies regarding ground discipline and representation.
- Ownership of vendor or company-owned assets.
- Taking ownership & responsibility of Customer asset while pick-up and drop.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years' experience in delivery, supply chain, last-mile operation sector, or transport industry.
- Good understanding of customer service management.
- Good communication & problem-solving skills.
- TR (Transport Commercial) Permit Licence Must.
- Knowledge of general delivery applications.
- Min 12th pass or any other equivalent Diploma.
- Good knowledge of region and local area.
- Preferably from auto-mobile service industries or similar organizations.
