Financial Account Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all bank accounts. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely reconciliations, including updating UTR in disbursement payments and processing month-end contra entries.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of bank account reconciliations
- Update UTR in disbursement payments
- Process month-end contra entries and unidentified entries for bank reconciliation
- Manage cheques for disbursement and courier services
- Monitor rent payments and review liquidity positions
- Share bank statements and balances with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate internal funds transfers and accounting entries
- Process loans, EMIs, and ICD payments
- Make vendor, incentives, payroll, and expenses payments
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations, including TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and GST
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations
