About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled CA Inter-qualified professionals to support our teams with tax preparation, compliance, and accounting work. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in U.S. tax forms, year-round compliance tasks, and collaboration with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA Inter-qualification via the direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree)
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare U.S. tax forms: 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, 940, etc.
  • Support year-round compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls
Benefits:
  • Salary: INR ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum, paid monthly in INR
  • Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates
