The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- Operate and monitor blow moulding machines to produce plastic goods, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets;
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects to optimize processes and improve product quality;
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency and reliability;
- Assist in training new operators and provide guidance on operating procedures;
- Limited travel may be required to participate in training or attend meetings;
- Collaborate with production shift supervisors and other teams to coordinate production line support staff and achieve operational objectives;
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities;
- Communicate processing information to designated personnel and assist other operators as needed;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of blow moulding machine operations and maintenance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certificate or degree preferred;
