We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of our product line and contributing to the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer strategy. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your domain knowledge to collaborate with suppliers, refine products for manufacturability, and contribute to our growing portfolio with a focus on future-ready mobility solutions.

  1. Hands-on experience in sourcing and developing components within the mechanical, Electronics, mechatronics or electric vehicle (EV) sector.
  2. Strong foundation in sourcing and developing structural or mechanical assemblies.
  3. Design and develop wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (Finite Element Analysis validation).
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
