Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned ECM Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves working on various aspects of ECM development, from designing and developing solutions to deploying and maintaining systems. As an ECM Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Development: Design and develop innovative solutions leveraging the Alfresco object model, security model, taxonomy, search, user interface, and workflow.
  • System Deployment and Maintenance: Work extensively on Alfresco and Alfresco Share for medium to large-scale implementations, ensuring proper deployment, configuration, and tuning using Tomcat and relevant middleware.
  • Integration and Optimization: Build and integrate Java/J2EE components with document management systems, implement and maintain RESTful web services and APIs, and contribute to database integration and optimization (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Alfresco solutions, and ensure proper documentation, version control, and CI/CD using tools like Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

Essential Skills:

  • ECM Development Expertise: Strong expertise in Alfresco and Alfresco Share development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Web Services, REST APIs, and AWS cloud services.
  • Database Knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, SOLR, and ECM system implementation.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools and platforms such as Maven, Jenkins, Git, UNIX, and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Consulting and Client Interaction: Strong consulting and client interaction experience, preferably in delivering end-to-end ECM projects in enterprise environments.
  • Enterprise Security and Compliance: Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in ECM systems.
