Key Finance Role:

This is a pivotal position that entails comprehensive ownership of finance functions, requiring an individual who can proactively leverage automation and intelligence to drive strategic growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual budgeting processes across all functions, aligning with business objectives using AI-enabled planning tools.
  • Design and build robust forecasting models for revenue, costs, and cash runway, utilizing historical data and market trends.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as LTV, CAC, NRR, payback period, contribution margins, and ROI on marketing expenditures using AI-driven analytics.
  • Analyze variances, develop scenario plans, and conduct cost-benefit assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide data-backed financial insights to support pricing, hiring, and expansion strategies.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to leadership and function heads.
  • Advise on financial discipline and budgeting ownership across teams through clear planning processes.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or MBA from a top-tier institution
  • Previous experience in business finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
