About the Role

">

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences, preferably in the lending industry. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key parts of the Cync platform, partnering closely with engineering and product teams. On any given day, you will:

  • Empower our customers by setting and delivering an experience framework on how they should be serviced in both digital and human interactions;">
  • Learn constantly by working deeply with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions;">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • At least 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver user experiences;">
  • At least 5 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences;">
  • At least 5 years of digital industry experience for any lending experience;">
  • Experience with banking products;">
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, or financial technology products;">
  • In-depth knowledge of lending processes, credit underwriting, loan servicing, and industry regulations;">
  • Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles and deliver successful outcomes;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset;">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;">
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and integrations with core banking systems;">
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), loan servicing software, and deposit account opening solutions;">
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); and">
  • $120,000-$150,000 per year salary range, depending on experience and qualifications.">
