Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the infrastructure operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our gateway infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include designing AI infrastructure at Zoom and owning the entire meeting and AI backend server operations and maintenance.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is revolutionizing collaboration experiences.
  • You will work on various projects including but not limited to Zoom AI Companion, Marketplace, Event Consumer, Integration, and Zoom Apps.
Requirements:
  • You should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in Cloud-Based DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering is required.
  • You should have knowledge of cloud services, Linux batch command, ELK stack, and container orchestration (e.g., K8s, Docker).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, GO is necessary.
  • You should be able to monitor, debug, and automate routine tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies and cloud-based test automation solutions is essential.
  • You should be willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively.
  • Some experience with AI or Machine Learning is desirable.
