Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Optimization Specialist to join our client's team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, software development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for functional, integration, and performance testing. They will conduct performance/load/stress testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar, and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations for application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Testing Execution: Conduct performance/load/stress testing using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Result Analysis: Analyze test results to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations for enhanced application performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure testing covers all business and technical requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in performance testing, software development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
