Job Description:

As a skilled data analyst, you will play a vital role in driving informed decision-making across our organization. You will gather, process, analyze, and visualize large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear, actionable format.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, develop dashboards, and uncover insights that support strategic business goals.

  • Design, build, and maintain data workflows using Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Cleanse, transform, and integrate data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs).
  • Develop and automate recurring reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Monitor data quality and perform root cause analysis of data issues.
  • Document processes, workflows, and data dictionaries.
  • Continuously improve and optimize data processes for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Proven expertise in Alteryx Designer; Alteryx certification is a plus.
  • Strong experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
