About the Job

This position involves gathering business requirements through structured techniques, engaging with stakeholders to validate needs, and analyzing business challenges and opportunities to identify priorities across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract business intelligence from large datasets using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Interpret data insights for respective stakeholders and provide visibility into marketing and sales campaign analytics.
  • Analyze business performance and develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with established business processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to support decision-making and solution design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with BI and Analytics teams or client-facing projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI and MS Excel.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations.
