Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch & Scale: Run high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Optimize Relentlessly: Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions and squeeze out better results daily
  • Test Like a Pro: Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert
  • Dive Into Data: Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps
  • Manage Digital Channels: Maximize every rupee spent for the biggest impact
  • Stay Curious: Explore new paid platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to keep us ahead of the curve

We're looking for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency), who is obsessed with numbers, data, and dashboards, confident with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Sheets, analytical but also creative, self-starter, curious, and eager to try new things in a fast-paced startup environment.
