Senior Shopify Development Specialist

- Develop, customize and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML/CSS and JavaScript to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize site performance by leveraging expertise in coding for theme customization and performance optimization.
- Create integrations across Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics and marketing tools to streamline processes.
- Build automated workflows using Zapier, Make.com or n8n to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize conversion tracking and data reporting accuracy.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Implementing SEO best practices, evaluating and installing third-party apps as needed.
- Troubleshooting integration and functionality issues.
- Partnering with other teams to align store functionality with business objectives.
- A strong foundation in coding (Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript) for theme customization and performance optimization.
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com or n8n — able to connect systems and streamline workflows.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining integrations between Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics and marketing tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on Shopify development experience at a brand with annual revenue exceeding $2 million.
- Proven coding experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus requirements include:
- Experience setting up advanced tracking solutions.
- Familiarity with 3rd-party apps and Shopify Plus features.
- Understanding of SEO technical requirements.
