The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a supervisory role.
About the RoleAs an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that meet company objectives.
You will also monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality, coordinate with various departments to optimize production workflow, manage production staff, and provide training and guidance as needed.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Production Plans: Create and execute production plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor Production Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflow and resolve issues.
- Manage Production Staff: Lead and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify adherence to safety and quality regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Aptitude: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
