Sales Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecaller Sales Professional to fill this key position.

• Engage with potential customers via outbound calls and provide product service information
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of our offerings
• Generate sales leads and convert them into successful outcomes
• Follow up with interested prospects through multiple channels
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records
• Achieve set sales targets and meet performance metrics
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle rejection positively, and have basic computer knowledge.

• Proven track record as a Telecaller or in a comparable sales customer service position
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to maintain positivity in the face of rejection
• Fundamental computer literacy
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in English or Hindi language
