Job Title:

Sr. Analyst, Decision Science

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to lead end-to-end data analysis of digital experiences, creation of dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to be a strategic thought partner.

  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to not only pull data but curate analysis and present out findings
  • Provide an objective source of truth to assess performance of customers shopping in stores
  • Relay back to manager plan for feature measurement, dashboard creation and execute analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new features
  • Partner with technology partners and product owners on how to interpret dashboards
  • Summarize feature outcomes and effectively present recommended go-forward strategies
  • Build and maintain Power BI store and customer reporting
  • Own partnership in workshops to help brainstorm new ideas for features or site enhancements
  • Independently identify optimization opportunities on the site which increase conversion and enhance user experience

Responsibilities include collaboration with feedback teams, building measurement plans, and providing deep dive analyses within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake. The successful candidate will share findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through the creation of dashboards and presentations, all developed with the end-user in mind.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
  • 6-9 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience
  • Expertise in Web Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics – preferred; Google Analytics)
  • Expertise in Power BI and SQL
  • Experience with omni experiences and customer analysis within the retail space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to executives, non-technical and technical audiences
  • Basic understanding of tag management is a plus
  • Demonstrated curiosity to take on complex projects and continue to learn new ways of thinking and technology
  • Proficient in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
