We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and supporting them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Your excellent communication skills and passion for fashion will enable you to share your knowledge with customers, collaborate with your team, and deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering their queries, and making product recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor.
- Support with opening and closing of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions, promoting our products and driving sales.
