  • Continuously improve managed services processes and methodologies, applying best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Overall 15+ years of experience, 10+ years of experience in Oracle deployments (Functional/technical/project management).
  • At least one greenfield deployment experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, CRM, and cloud solutions, SCM and Finance modules preferred, multimodule experience strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases, applications, and middleware, experience with Oracle integration tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
  • Experience in the Hitech, Healthcare & Pharma and Manufacturing sector.
