Test Assurance Specialist

We are driven to deliver high-quality and affordable learning solutions. We seek a detail-oriented Test Assurance Specialist with expertise in manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Create test documentation to improve QA workflows.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
  • Track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello; manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company.
  • Proficiency with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
