Technical Leader

The key objective of this role is to design and develop large-scale, robust, and high-performance data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.

This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to comprehend data requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

Primary responsibilities include implementing ETL processes, data integration workflows, and data models (including Data Vault), optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance.

The Technical Leader will also support data migration and modernization projects, providing leadership in planning, executing, and delivering data projects on time.

They will lead and mentor junior data engineers, guide them in best practices, and perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of total experience in data engineering and warehousing projects
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake
  • Strong experience in ETL development, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling
  • At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling techniques
  • Strong command over SQL, PL/SQL, and RDBMS concepts
  • Domain expertise in one or more: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams
To Have
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or PySpark
  • Prior experience in data migration or data platform modernization projects
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and data quality frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
