• Mental Health Support Specialist

As a mental health support specialist, you will assist users experiencing abuse, mental health struggles, and trauma on our platforms via voice and non-voice interactions. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, including evaluating symptoms and formulating customised plans.

Main Tasks:

1. Evaluate user needs and develop individualized plans to address their mental health challenges.
2. Provide immediate support and intervention for users in distress, assessing their safety and coordinating referrals for further care if necessary.
3. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
4. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
