Job Description

At a leading player in the out-of-home advertising industry, we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a dynamic environment and possess exceptional organisational, communication, and hustle skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within the timeline and working closely with the Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that drive productivity and success. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand business objectives and OOH advertising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development: Develop OOH Campaign plans that help clients achieve their objectives.
  2. Media Strategy: Work with creative agency teams, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.
  3. Research and Analysis: Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources to identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals.
  • Broad knowledge of online and offline media channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying.
  • Critical thinking skills for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materials.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, Telmar, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for the collection and management of information.
  • Deep analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math.
