Senior Category Brand Fragrance Manager Job Description

The Senior Category Brand Fragrance Manager plays a pivotal role within the Home Care Category, collaborating closely with leading Fragrance House evaluators and perfumers to develop innovative fragrance themes aligned with our strategic agenda. This position involves serving as the fragrance lead for our organization, overseeing various functions across regions and globally, including marketing, R&D, Supply management, and consumer insight.

To ensure that our fragrances align with emerging formats and formulations under development, the Senior Category Brand Fragrance Manager develops internal capabilities. They are responsible for delivering fragrances that captivate regional consumers in a highly competitive market, while driving renewable and biodegradable fragrance solutions in line with our Clean Future initiative.

This key role is instrumental in identifying and leveraging new technologies to enhance fragrance delivery and impact, exploring opportunities for innovation projects and working closely with Global R&D programme Directors to bring selected technologies to market.

In this capacity, the Senior Category Brand Fragrance Manager advises on when to utilize existing fragrance themes and when to brief for a new creation, based on their in-depth understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and the Fragrance industry.
