Job Title: Test Manager

As a seasoned Quality Assurance professional, we seek an accomplished individual to spearhead our testing endeavors.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with quality standards and driving continuous enhancements in testing methodologies.

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in leading and managing testing efforts for multiple projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Define and implement innovative test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to guarantee software products' reliability and integrity
  • Strategically manage testing resources, encompassing test engineers, testers, and automation engineers, to optimize utilization and efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain meticulously crafted test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure harmony on testing priorities
  • Thoroughly analyze test results, identify trends, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Proactively drive the resolution of defects and issues, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, including test coverage, defect status, and project timelines
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in test execution, test management, and test strategy
  • Deep understanding of testing and test cases
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pre-sales, estimation, SOW, test strategy, test planning, defect management, quality metrics, DSR, WSR, MSR, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and documenting evidence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
