Job Title: Financial Operations Director

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. As the Financial Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, and analyzing financial performance. Your expertise in financial management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement will enable us to achieve our business objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for the following key areas:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Foster a high-performing finance team through effective leadership, coaching, and development
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive management, department heads, and cross-functional teams
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or MBA preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in luxury hospitality or hotel operations
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
