Network Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Network Presales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in network solutions, collaborating with Product teams and vendors to deliver bespoke solutions to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the RFP/RFI process, developing convincing solution strategies and designs that meet client requirements while considering economic parameters and competition.
  • Collaborate with Third-Party Providers to create Bills of Material and assess client business requirements.
  • Develop end-to-end network solution designs, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Participate in due diligence meetings, gathering information on proposals and environments.
  • Successfully defend proposed techno-commercial solutions during the pre-sales process.
  • Prepare proposal documents, including pricing sheets and solution presentations.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with DC-LAN (Tiered designs, Leaf/Spine, VXLAN, DCI, SDN-ACI/NSX), WAN (SDWAN- Viptela/VeloCloud /Versa/Aruba), Campus LAN, Wireless, WLAN, Routing Protocols-BGP/OSPF, Switching/Tunneling communication (i.e., IPsec/VXLAN/GRE), Load Balancer -F5, Network Knowledge of Automation with Ansible/Python/Terraform, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, BOM/BOQ creation etc.
  • Proficient in Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco SDA, and Cisco ACI, with the ability to create Bill of Materials (BOM). Familiarity with Fortinet, Versa, HP, Juniper, and automation tools such as Python and Ansible is advantageous.

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore for a Network Presales, OEM Alliance, Channel Partner position. The candidate will work closely with sales teams and partners to develop and execute effective sales and alliance strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in network design and implementation.
  3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
