Senior Design Lead

The role of Senior Design Lead is a high-level position that requires expertise in design strategy and leadership. We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the design vision and direction of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that align with business goals, as well as mentoring and guiding team members to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging design expertise to ensure software and products meet user expectations and provide seamless user experiences.
- Leading a team of designers and providing guidance on design solutions that align with business goals.
- Presenting design concepts and shaping overall design vision and strategy.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
Mandatory skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in Generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Development and deployment of LLM-based applications.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
