Job Description

Pega Senior Business Architects play a key role in structuring the business processes and information of leading organizations.

They help drive organizations forward from their as-is states to their desired states.

These professionals collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the business functions of the delivered solution match customer requirements.

By working with dynamic project teams, they align strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding business and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and technical teams to develop high-quality deliverables across all phases of a project.
  • Consult and influence client direction to pursue best practices.
  • Ensure that delivered work products are fully-functioning, perform to business requirements, and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Support account executives, project delivery leads, and consulting solutions executives in new opportunity pursuit.
  • Teach and drive the use of Pegasystems methodology among clients, partners, and teammates.
  • Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An intelligent, motivated, collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of business users and IT teams is required.

Certified Pega Business Architect professional (CPBA / PCBA) with 6-10 years of relevant Pega BA experience can consider applying.
