Job Title: Software Solution Developer

A software solution developer is responsible for creating and configuring applications to meet business needs. The role involves collaborating with various teams, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Responsible for making decisions that impact the team
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must have skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with SAP modules and integration techniques
  • Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning in SAP environments
  • Ability to write efficient and maintainable code

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have at least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development
  • This position requires a strong foundation in software development

About This Position:

This position is based at our office and requires a minimum of 15 years full-time work experience.
