Job Overview

The role involves developing and executing PR strategies to build strong relationships with clients, media, and marketing teams.

This is a dynamic position that requires a self-starter who can think and act like a leader, driving business growth through role ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis and ensure 100% client retention by providing exceptional service.
  • Monitor media coverage, collate, analyze, and evaluate it to track opportunities.
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns, strategize execution, and create quarterly roadmaps.
  • Promote news stories and features, write and produce presentations, and document all campaigns and testimonials.
Additional Duties:
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of the organization.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries, and commission market research.
  • Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.
  • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed and ensure proper documentation across all initiatives.
