Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day supervision of a group of team members.

About This Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for work and attendance monitoring, as well as imparting effective coaching to team members.
  • They will identify performance-related issues and develop an action plan for improvement, ensuring service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Supervise team members in accordance with organizational policy and applicable legal requirements.
  2. Provide coaching to team members to enable consistent high-performance delivery.
  3. Identify and address performance-related issues through effective management strategies.
  4. Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs and financial objectives.
  5. Maintain open communication channels with employees and provide timely updates on progress.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as Team Leader in an international BPO is required.
  • Highly organized individuals with excellent time management skills are ideal candidates for this role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record of leading teams, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

A highly detail-oriented individual who can exercise independent judgment and discretion in the performance of their main function is required for this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for success in this position.
