The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS) implementation, specifically the Financial Consolidation and Close process.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, along with excellent functional knowledge on financial close processes.

A lead role is expected, overseeing overall project management, solution design, validation, and guiding a project team. Key responsibilities include leading business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training, and testing.

Detailed project documentation such as BRD, SDD, Test Scripts, and Manuals are also essential.

In addition to strong technical capabilities in FCCS, proficiency in HFM and FCCS integration with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management is necessary.

Preferred qualifications include CA or MBA Finance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great presentation skills, are also crucial. Proficiency in advanced spreadsheets, particularly financial formulas and spreadsheet creation, PowerPoint, and similar tools is required.
