Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Billing Executive to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in generating invoices, processing payments, and managing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices and statements to clients based on services rendered or products sold.
- Payment Processing: Receive, sort, and apply incoming payments to the correct client accounts.
- Account Management: Maintain and update client records, tracking account balances and identifying any inconsistencies.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Review billing information for accuracy and resolve any errors, discrepancies, or billing issues.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding their bills, providing clear information and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on billing activities, outstanding debts, and payment trends for management.
- Compliance: Ensure that all billing procedures and records comply with relevant financial regulations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure accurate and complete billing information.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
