About Our Opportunity: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance professional to oversee and ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization of revenue streams across multiple businesses.
About the Role: As a Revenue Assurance Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying revenue leakages, validating revenue recognition, and improving internal financial processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor end-to-end revenue processes across multiple companies.
- Perform regular reconciliations between source systems and accounting ledgers.
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue as per relevant accounting standards.
- Validate the application of interest rates, fees, commissions, and other financial charges across customer segments.
- Identify potential revenue leakage points across business operations and collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to plug gaps and recover lost revenue.
- Set up exception monitoring dashboards and alerts to flag anomalies proactively.
- Design and implement revenue assurance frameworks and controls across departments.
- Evaluate fintech APIs, transaction flows, loan disbursements, collections, and fee recognition systems.
- Ensure revenue compliance with internal policies, RBI regulations, and other statutory norms.
- Prepare and present monthly revenue assurance dashboards and exception reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, Banking. Strong understanding of financial products, loan lifecycle, fee structures, and revenue models in fintech and NBFC domains. Proficient in financial systems, advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools. Familiarity with RBI regulations, Ind AS/IFRS, and revenue recognition principles. Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
