Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms

This is a key role within our organization, requiring an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of these platforms to ensure seamless functionality and high levels of security.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes to maintain a high level of system integrity.
  • Develop and implement technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components and offer succinct solutions.
  • 4+ years Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
