As a Financial Services Relationship Manager at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the value of our savings account portfolio through strategic cross-selling and acquiring new clientele.

The primary objective is to drive fee income growth while ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. You will work closely with our Head of Risk Management and Governance to ensure adherence to compliance norms and provide regular feedback on customer needs to our Product team and Service Quality team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new accounts from group companies, family of existing customers, and referrals
  • Assist in executing successful micro-events for client acquisition
  • Ensure consistent growth of Savings portfolio through Investment & Insurance sales
  • Closely monitor average revenue per customer and implement customer contact programs

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 6-12 years of experience in servicing or sourcing clients of ₹20 lacs+ relationships
  • Premium club membership or high-end credit card sales background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and well-groomed appearance required
