We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead growth for our Projects vertical. This role combines design expertise, client advisory, and business development.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates, guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.

  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
  • Connect and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
  • Cross-sell interiors services to existing real estate and coworking clients.
  • Build long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients.
