Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that resonate with users while keeping design minimal and purposeful.

Role Overview:

You will work closely with the product manager to translate ideas into seamless, minimalistic digital interfaces that align with our brand and enhance usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experience and visual identity for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system that reflects our brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, startup culture, and emerging UX best practices.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
