Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Management Trainee, Record to Report. This role will be responsible for various activities related to general accounting, including journal entries creation and booking, month end close activities, fixed assets capitalization and maintenance, intercompany accounting, bank and investment reconciliations, and more.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities. You will have the chance to drive change for global enterprises and solve business challenges that matter.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Meaningful experience in reputed captive/outsourcing RTR ops
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Excel knowledge, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros
  • IT skills: ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office
  • Partner management experience
  • Quality lean/process improvement knowledge
